The aim of this study is the effect of multimedia education on understanding the concept and solving the mathematical problem of fifth grade students. The method used is a quasi-experimental type with pre-test and post-test and two experimental and control groups. The target population of this study was the fifth grade male students of Qarchak city who were studying in the academic year of 98-99 and the selected samples were randomly assigned to 60 students in two control groups (30) and 30 people were tested. The research tools were used for multimedia training of Aria e-bag software and for understanding the concept (spatial, spatial and temporal) and solving the mathematical problem that the researcher had asked. The validity of this test was 0.744 through Cronbach's alpha and its validity was confirmed according to experts. Data analysis collected in the study was performed using SPSS software and using descriptive statistical methods of mean indices, standard deviation and in the inferential statistics section, covariance analysis method was used. The results show that there is a significant difference between the mean of post-test scores of the two control and experimental groups in the dependent variable of understanding the concept and solving the mathematical problem. This confirms the effective role of multimedia teaching on better understanding of mathematical concepts (spatial understanding, spatial understanding and temporal understanding) and solving math problems of fifth grade students.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of virtual education on teachers' empowerment in the use of smart equipment in elementary school. In this study, a hybrid method was used. In the qualitative section, we interviewed 14 elementary teachers, experts, and administrators. In the quantitative part, a questionnaire with 22 items was developed based on the findings of the interviews. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability coefficient was 79 to 92. Standards of G power were used to select sample size. Findings indicate that the use of smart equipment among elementary school teachers is limited. Another finding was the use of smart devices has a negative (nonsignificant) relationship with the quality of the teaching-learning process. Attending virtual training courses is not related to the amount of using smart equipment, while attending these courses has positive relationship with the knowledge and skills of teachers and the quality of the teaching-learning process. The final analysis, conducted with the help of qualitative findings, led the researcher to conclude that although virtual training courses lead to improved attitudes and knowledge of teachers, they do not actually lead to increased use of smart equipment and promotion of the teaching process. It is recommended that virtual and theoretical training be replaced by in-person and applied in-service training. At least, in-person training courses getting serious parallel to virtual training.

learner-centered learning environments are design in both learning environments (physical and online) and with a focus on the learner and the learning environment requirements. In these article, by an analytic view attempted parameters that should in designing the learning environment based on the generative learning theory are explained. For making the modeling of this theory that's applicable in constuctive learning environments attempted from a mixed exploration method of consecutive exploration with model development plan are used. Qualitative research questions were: What is the framework Generative learning theory? What are the components of this model? Also what is the educational design process based on this model? In this study, we used a qualitative content analysis to achieve the generative learning theory and formative research to develop the theoretical and research basis of proposed model with an emphasis on iterative cycles are designed, implemented and evaluated used. We tried to create a model to design a generative learning environment which consists of 12 steps (analysis and recognition, determining learning outcomes, knowledge and past experience, learning activities, access to resources, and elaboration of learning, facilitating, meaning creation and evaluation). Results showed the instructional design model by these 12 steps relegating responsibilities and control of learning to the learner are able to encourage constructing knowledge as an important event through learning process and they foster spontaneous, self-regulate, self-control and responsible learners compatible with the contemporary lifestyle environment.
