چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اعتباریابی ویژگی‏های واسط کاربری نرم‏افزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر وب برای کودکان 10 تا 12 سال انجام شد. روش انجام پژوهش از نوع آمیخته با طرح اکتشافی متوالی بود. جامعه‏ی هدف در بخش کیفی شامل کلیه اسناد مرتبط با واسط کاربری کودکان، متخصصان رایانه، آموزش و نیز دانش‏آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر همدان بود که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه‏ی آماری بخش کمی نیز کلیه دانش‏آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر همدان بودند که از بین آن‏ها 350 دانش-آموز به روش نمونه‏گیری طبقه‏ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی از روش مرور نظام‏مند اسناد استفاده شد و داده‏ها به شیوه کدگذاری باز و مقوله‏بندی استخراج و از طریق تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد قیاسی تحلیل شد. در بخش کمی نیز از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد و داده‏ها با استفاده از مقیاس تدوین‏شده مبتنی بر یافته‏های کیفی، جمع‏آوری و با آزمون‏های توصیفی و استنباطی با کمک نرم‏افزار SPSS نسخه 25 تحلیل شدند. یافته‏ها در بخش کیفی منجر به استخراج 16 مؤلفه‏ی اصلی و 62 مؤلفه‏ی فرعی شد که عناصر رابطه کودکان را تشکیل می‏دهد. یافته‏های بخش کمی نیز نشان داد مؤلفه‏های واسط کاربری نرم‏افزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر وب از روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار است. بر اساس یافته‏های این پژوهش می‏توان گفت طراحی واسط کاربری نرم‏افزارهای آموزشی برای کودکان 10 تا 12 سال متأثر از یکسری ویژگی‏های شناختی، عاطفی و روانی-حرکتی آنان است و بایستی برای تعامل بهتر کودکان با نرم‏افزارهای آموزشی به ویژگی‏های آنان توجه شود. مؤلفه‏های مشخص‏شده در این پژوهش می‏تواند به طراحان و تولیدکنندگان نرم‏افزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر وب برای کودکان در طراحی واسط کاربر اثربخش کمک نماید. همچنین معلمان را در انتخاب و ارزیابی نرم‏افزارهای آموزشی مناسب کودکان از منظر واسط کاربری یاری می‏دهد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to identify and validation the features of the user interface of web-based educational software for children. The research employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. The qualitative segment targeted all documents related to children's user interfaces, experts in the fields of computer science and education, as well as second-grade elementary school students, who were selected through purposive sampling. The statistical population for the quantitative section comprised all second-grade students in Hamedan city, from which 350 students were selected using a stratified random sampling method. In the qualitative part, a systematic review of documents was conducted, and data were extracted through open coding and categorization, analyzed via content analysis. The quantitative segment utilized a descriptive-survey method, collecting data through a scale developed based on qualitative findings, which were then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics .The qualitative findings led to the identification of 16 main category and 62 sub- category. The results from the quantitative section further indicated that the user interface components of web-based educational software possess acceptable validity and reliability. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the user interface design of educational software for children is influenced by a series of cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor characteristics. The components identified in this research can assist designers and producers of web-based educational software in creating effective user interfaces. Additionally, it aids teachers in selecting appropriate educational software for children from a user interface perspective
