The aim of this research is to study the fundamentals of competency-based course outline, which has been implemented in the case of revision syllabus of Master's degree program in Educational Technology. The dominant approach in the research is qualitative. In the first stage, the relevant sources about competency-based curriculum were analyzed with the descriptive analytical method. In the second stage, a qualitative interview was conducted with several faculty members of the Educational Technology department who had completed the Master's degree program in Educational Technology. The interview themes included four important criteria in development and revising curriculum from the Supreme Council for Cultural Revolution: efficiency, updating, localization, and Islamization, and the required competencies (knowledge, skills, and personal attitudes) for graduates of the Educational Technology program. The interview texts were transcribed, and then open, subcomponent and component codes were identified with the MAXQDA software. The analysis method for analyzing of interview was inductive content analysis, and the unit of analysis was the thematic content. Based on the interview results and comparative studies on the Master's-syllabus of Educational Technology in international universities was identified the title of lessons in Master's-course. The results of the research determines that the elimination of the Educational Technology specialization from the Bachelor's program and the lack of related specializations in Master's-course reduces the efficiency of the graduates

Public relations, due to its scientific and practical dimensions, requires continuous improvement and development, which can enhance the competencies of graduates. This research examines four key aspects of public relations education in Iran: skills, knowledge, internships, and updating. The study was conducted using surveys and questionnaires, with the statistical population including public relations experts in governmental and non-governmental organizations with over 100 employees in Tehran, including managers and professionals who graduated in this field. A multi-stage sampling method was used to select the participants.
The results of the research show that internships, with an average of 3.76, were identified as the most important educational method. Following that, the teaching of specialized knowledge had an average of 3.71, and skills training had an average of 3.69, while updating knowledge and skills ranked last with an average of 3.43. These findings emphasize the significance of combining practical and theoretical education. Public relations, as a dynamic profession, requires specialists with broad knowledge in communication, management, technology, and strategic thinking. Industry-based internship models align most closely with the actual needs of this profession. Additionally, for updating, professionals should use various methods, such as specialized media, training courses, and conferences, to address the complex and changing challenges of this field.

With the increasing expansion of e-learning, the importance of aesthetics and visual design in creating effective, engaging, and enjoyable learning experiences is felt more than ever. While numerous studies have examined the technical and content-related components of e-learning, the direct application of these concepts in the context of e-learning has received less attention. One of the main reasons for this gap is the lack of clear and practical definitions of aesthetics and the necessary awareness in this area. This research aims to clarify the concepts and processes of using visual aesthetics to enhance the e-learning experience through broad research methods. A literature review in this field indicates that visual aesthetics in e-learning refers to a set of design principles aimed at creating effective interaction between the user and the system, facilitating the learning process. The findings of this research show that appropriate choices of colors, fonts, images, and layout of visual elements in content design, user interface, and e-learning environments can creatively impact not only visual appeal but also significantly influence cognitive, emotional, and motivational aspects of learning. The results of this research can serve as guidance for designers of e-learning environments. With the increasing expansion of e-learning, the importance of aesthetics and visual design in creating effective, engaging, and enjoyable learning experiences is felt more than ever. This study conducts a systematic review following the PRISMA guidelines to explore music education for gifted and talented students. The research aims to delineate the identification methodologies, educational strategies, relevant technologies, prevailing challenges, and constructive recommendations within the ambit of gifted and talented education. A comprehensive systematic search yielded a dataset of 1,464 articles, from which 37 were selected for detailed analysis based on stringent criteria. The analysis reveals a rich tapestry of research in the domain, showcasing a variety of approaches to identifying and educating musically gifted and talented students. Despite the breadth of research and the diversity of methods applied, the field lacks a unified, standardized model. The integration of appropriate technologies has been shown to significantly enhance creative thought, social, and emotional skills among these students. However, the research identifies several challenges, including time management, the need for continuous improvement, and various physical and financial constraints. To address these issues, the study proposes several recommendations: the adoption of innovative technologies to foster creativity and motivation; specialized training for educators to effectively utilize these technologies; the development of adaptable curricular frameworks and models; the implementation of inventive music projects; and fostering collaborations with music professionals. These recommendations aim to enrich the educational landscape for gifted and talented students, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes their exceptional abilities.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of flipped classroom on learning and academic motivation of 10th-grade male high school students in Nishabour city, Iran, in English language lesson. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all 10th-grade male high school students in Nishabour city in the academic year 1402-1403. Among them, one boys' school was randomly selected. A total of 30 students were selected using the available sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups of 15 each. The experimental group participated in 10 flipped classroom sessions; While the control group was taught in the traditional way. To collect data, the Harter Academic Motivation Questionnaire (1981) and the Fame and Taylor Academic Achievement Questionnaire (1994) were used in the pre-test and post-test stages. The collected data were analyzed using covariance analysis and using SPSS software. The results of the covariance analysis showed that the flipped classroom method increased the learning and academic motivation of the experimental group students compared to the control group in the post-test (p < 0.01). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that flipped classroom is an effective educational approach to increase learning and academic motivation of students in English language lesson.

This research has been done with the aim of developing a conceptual framework of technological education for first year high school students. In terms of the method, it was carried out with a qualitative approach and using two descriptive-analytical and inferential methods, and in the first description, the method of collecting library information was used, and in the inference section, the method of compiling descriptive and prescriptive propositions was used.Technological education based on the method, a hybrid approach to the relationship between technology and education, and the need to link technological education with the context of life, benefit from critical thinking, the need for a suitable educational environment and effective communication with the family's educational partner can be considered as important findings of this study. From the total findings, it is concluded that technological education based on the scientific-technological field of transformational documents has a very influential position in individual and social life and none of the other fields will replace this field.
