This research was conducted with the aim of determining "the effect of the learning package model based on the blended approach on the learning rate of students with visual impairment in the first period of elementary school in experimental sciences". To measure the effectiveness of this model, a quasi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test and two experimental and control groups was used. The statistical population included all students with visual impairment in the first period of elementary school. 19 students from the third grade in the academic year of 1402-1403 were selected in a purposeful and accessible manner. In this research, a blended approach (face-to-face and virtual) was used. At first, the learning package was designed and prepared, then it was used in the teaching-learning process. The measurement of students' learning was done with a researcher-made test. Mean and standard deviation were used for descriptive statistics and covariance analysis was used for inferential statistics. The results obtained from the data analysis of the research hypothesis showed that after removing the pre-test (adjusted mean), there is a significant difference between the average learning scores in the post-test phase (P<0.001) and the research hypothesis was confirmed. According to the research results, it can be said that the learning package model is effective for visually impaired students. Therefore, it is suggested to use this model in order to prepare, produce and apply the learning package for students with visual impairment.

The aim of this research is to study the fundamentals of competency-based course outline, which has been implemented in the case of revision syllabus of Master's degree program in Educational Technology. The dominant approach in the research is qualitative. In the first stage, the relevant sources about competency-based curriculum were analyzed with the descriptive analytical method. In the second stage, a qualitative interview was conducted with several faculty members of the Educational Technology department who had completed the Master's degree program in Educational Technology. The interview themes included four important criteria in development and revising curriculum from the Supreme Council for Cultural Revolution: efficiency, updating, localization, and Islamization, and the required competencies (knowledge, skills, and personal attitudes) for graduates of the Educational Technology program. The interview texts were transcribed, and then open, subcomponent and component codes were identified with the MAXQDA software. The analysis method for analyzing of interview was inductive content analysis, and the unit of analysis was the thematic content. Based on the interview results and comparative studies on the Master's-syllabus of Educational Technology in international universities was identified the title of lessons in Master's-course. The results of the research determines that the elimination of the Educational Technology specialization from the Bachelor's program and the lack of related specializations in Master's-course reduces the efficiency of the graduates

New studies present a disturbing picture of distance learning of experimental science courses, especially at the elementary level, this type of education, which is not so dependent on the presence of students in the classroom, is not popular among many of them. This research has been done to investigate the effect of the community of inquiry practices on argumentation-driven skills in experimental sciences. The research design was semi-experimental and the statistical population consisted of 26 male students of the sixth grade of one of the schools in Babolsar city of Mazandaran province in the academic year of 2022. The Sampling method, targeted, and intervention included the implementation of the community of inquiry model based on argumentation-driven skills in the experimental group, while the control group received traditional teacher-oriented training. The results showed that the socialization of the online inquiry based on these skills has positive effects on the quality of learning and increases the student’s motivation in the course of experimental sciences. This study recommends conducting larger-scale research to implement a community of inquiry based on an argumentation-driven skills model in an online context.

The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a suitable solution for using Holoport augmented reality technology in order to develop, facilitate and objectify the communication process in education based on the connectivism theory. The problem of the research was how to use augmented reality in the theory of connectivism, which was done by a systematic review method and using the PRISMA protocol. The content required for the systematic review included valid scientific articles and documents, and finally 24 articles were selected out of 37. The inclusion criteria of the article were the full relevance of the article title to the topic of Holoport and connectivism, the novelty of the article, conducting the research in the period between 2005-2023, the validity of the publication and the correct research method. Key words for searching in scientific databases included holoport augmented reality, holoporting and connectivism theory. Search databases included SAGE Journals, ERIC, Elsevier, Web of Science, IEEE, Sciencer, Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar, ISD, Noormags, Civilica, Irandoc and Magiran. The findings showed that in education based on connectivism theory, the use of augmented reality is possible through Holoport technology, and this increases the level of interaction, creating situation-oriented education and virtual presence in real time and place. As a result, by using this technology, people physically feel each other next to each other and create a face-to-face interaction by creating a multi-person holoport network. By overcoming the limitations of this technology, face-to-face virtual education will be formed.

Public relations, due to its scientific and practical dimensions, requires continuous improvement and development, which can enhance the competencies of graduates. This research examines four key aspects of public relations education in Iran: skills, knowledge, internships, and updating. The study was conducted using surveys and questionnaires, with the statistical population including public relations experts in governmental and non-governmental organizations with over 100 employees in Tehran, including managers and professionals who graduated in this field. A multi-stage sampling method was used to select the participants.
The results of the research show that internships, with an average of 3.76, were identified as the most important educational method. Following that, the teaching of specialized knowledge had an average of 3.71, and skills training had an average of 3.69, while updating knowledge and skills ranked last with an average of 3.43. These findings emphasize the significance of combining practical and theoretical education. Public relations, as a dynamic profession, requires specialists with broad knowledge in communication, management, technology, and strategic thinking. Industry-based internship models align most closely with the actual needs of this profession. Additionally, for updating, professionals should use various methods, such as specialized media, training courses, and conferences, to address the complex and changing challenges of this field.
