This study aims at developing a structural equation model for information and communication technology (ICT) in empowerment of physical education teachers in district 5 of Tehran. The method is a descriptive correlation based on structural equations. The statistical population is all 900 physical education teachers in district 5 of Tehran in the academic year of 2020-2021. Considering the size of the society and its homogeneity in gender, 270 teachers were selected by stratified sampling method and using Cochran formula, as sample of the study. In this research, Toureng and Lean`s Information Technology Questionnaire (2005), and Spritzer`s Empowerment Questionnaire (1995) were used. Their validity was confirmed by experts and instructors, and their reliability was calculated in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha of 0.96 and 0.91. Findings showed that ICT has an impact on empowerment of physical education teachers in district 5 of Tehran. Moreover, ICT affects physical education teachers’ meaningfulness of the job, feeling of effectiveness, sense of job competency, feeling of having the right to choose, and sense of participation in the job. Also, information technology has the most impact on the factor of feeling of effectiveness with coefficient of 0.69, and the least effect on the sense of competence in the job with the coefficient of 0.56. Considering the impact of information technology on empowerment of physical education teachers, using their communication model in planning and decision making of managers is recommended for the empowerment of teachers.

The present study investigates the effect of visual discourse analysis of literary plays on EFL language learners in English literature classes. A semi-experimental research method was used based on Creswell and Creswell (2017). Materials were two plays entitled, Hamletmachine by Heiner Muller and Present Laughter in the Moment by Noel Coward. 53 students who scored above one standard deviations from the average were selected and then they were divided into two equal control and experimental groups by regular random method. An achievement reading comprehension test which was designed based on these two plays was used to compare control and experimental groups after the teaching sessions. During 15 teaching sessions, the experimental group learned discourse analysis of literary works, while the control group was trained in the conventional method of reading comprehension methods. Finally, both groups took the test after the calculation of the reliability and validity of the test in a pilot study. The results showed that the experimental group had significant progress compared to the control group in understanding the questions with implied and discourse meanings. A significant difference can be seen in the five components between the experimental and control groups, except for the component of creating awareness, which does not show a significant difference as (0.057) that showed the average score of the experimental group is greater than the control group, it is not significant enough.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of blended learning based on the station rotation model on problem-solving skills and academic well-being of fifth-grade elementary school students. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test control group design. The statistical population of the study included all fifth-grade elementary school students in Saveh city in the academic year 2022-2023. The research participants, 40 fifth-grade students, were selected through convenience sampling and randomly assigned to two groups: experimental (20 students) and control (20 students). The data collection instruments included the Heppner and Petersen (1982) Problem-Solving Inventory and the Tuominen-Soini et al. (2012) Academic Well-being Questionnaire. After the pre-test, the experimental group received 12 sessions of math instruction using the blended learning approach based on the station rotation model, while the control group received traditional classroom instruction. After 12 sessions, both groups were post-tested. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance). 1 The results showed that the mean scores of problem-solving skills and academic well-being in students who learned through the blended learning approach based on the station rotation model were significantly higher than those of students who received traditional instruction. Therefore, it can be concluded that the blended learning approach based on the station rotation model can open new horizons for policymakers and education stakeholders to improve problem-solving skills and enhance academic well-being of students, especially in mathematics.

This research has been done with the aim of developing a conceptual framework of technological education for first year high school students. In terms of the method, it was carried out with a qualitative approach and using two descriptive-analytical and inferential methods, and in the first description, the method of collecting library information was used, and in the inference section, the method of compiling descriptive and prescriptive propositions was used.Technological education based on the method, a hybrid approach to the relationship between technology and education, and the need to link technological education with the context of life, benefit from critical thinking, the need for a suitable educational environment and effective communication with the family's educational partner can be considered as important findings of this study. From the total findings, it is concluded that technological education based on the scientific-technological field of transformational documents has a very influential position in individual and social life and none of the other fields will replace this field. The connection between the fields of education should be considered as one of the essentials for success in each of the fields, including technological education.

With the change in the environment, trainings from face-to-face to virtual and combined trainings are necessary; The type of evaluation should be reconsidered according to these conditions. One of the important components in university education is paying attention to high-level learning, which requires going through memory-based education, and this view requires a review of the type of evaluation, especially for virtual education. The purpose of the current research is to design an evaluation model for students in virtual education with an evaluation approach for learning. The research was conducted with a quality approach and content analysis method. In this context, qualitative research was conducted with inductive content analysis methods from reliable scientific sources, interviews with experts and with open coding, sub-component and component with thematic analysis unit, and the output of this stage was the compilation of an evaluation model for students in virtual education with the approach Evaluation was for learning. In the next step, for the content validity of the model, the content validity ratio of CVR as well as the content validity index of CVI from Lawshe were checked. The main components of the model are determining the purpose of evaluation, determining the approach, determining the goals of the curriculum, analyzing the learners, determining the evaluation method according to the conditions, determining the evaluation tool, conducting evaluation and analyzing the results, feedback and revision and correction. Keywords: evaluation, virtual education, evaluation model, evaluation approaches

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of in-service training methods for teachers. The statistical population of this study includes 60 primary school teachers of Persian Gulf Martyrs Elementary School and Satayesh High School in Tehran's 18th district, which were randomly classified into three groups of 20 people. The research method was based on data collection using both library and field methods. In the field method, two methods of post-test and pre-test have been used for three types of in-service training methods, including lecture method, virtual training method and direct work method with job-related software. The collected data were analyzed by calculating the analysis of covariance and F and comparing it with critical F using MS, df. The findings of this study showed that there is a significant difference between the three teaching methods mentioned. Keywords: in-service training, training effectiveness, teachers1- Associate Professor and Faculty Member of Allameh Tabataba'i University2- * Responsible author of Payame Noor Karaj Master of Education and Human Resources student haemum3357@gmail.com3- Master of Public Administration, Vice Chancellor of Allameh Tabataba'i University
