چکیده
هدف این پژوهش تعیین کیفیت شبکه شاد از ابعاد سه گانه (قابلیتهای آموزشی، طراحی و ظاهر برنامه، عملکرد و ویژگیهای فنی) بود. این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع زمینه‌یابی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه معلمان دوره ابتدایی و دبیران دوره متوسطه اول و دوم استان خوزستان بودند. با توجه به شیوع بیماری کووید-19 و همچنین گستردگی جامعه مورد مطالعه از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دسترس استفاده شد. 1588 معلم و دبیر به عنوان نمونه آماری در پژوهش شرکت کردند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از شاخص نسبت روایی محتوایی لاوشه(CVR) مطلوب ارزیابی شد. ضریب آلفای کرانباخ در اجرای پایلوت 94/0 و در اجرای اصلی 96/0 بود که بیانگر پایایی بالای پرسشنامه است. برای تحلیل داده ها علاوه بر آمار توصیفی، از آزمون t تک گروهی و آزمون رتبه ای فریدمن استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن بود که کیفیت شبکه شاد به طور کلی و کیفیت آن در تمامی ابعاد سه گانه (شامل قابلیتهای آموزشی، طراحی و ظاهر برنامه، و همچنین عملکرد و ویژگیهای فنی) بالاتر از متوسط است. «طراحی و ظاهر برنامه» نسبت به سایر ابعاد وضعیت بهتری داشت. هر چند کیفیت شبکه آموزشی شاد از نظر دبیران و معلمان مورد مطالعه به طور کلی بالاتر از متوسط ارزیابی شد با این حال به منظور بهبود آن و رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب لازم است این پلتفرم به ویژه از نظر قابلیت های آموزشی و عملکرد و ویژگیهای فنی تقویت شود.

Assessing the quality of the Shad educational network from the perspective of teachers of Khuzestan province

The purpose of this study was to assessing the quality of the mentioned network from three aspects: educational capabilities, program design and appearance, performance and technical characteristics. This research is generally descriptive and specially a survey. The statistical population of this study was all teachers in Khuzestan province. Due to the prevalence of Covid-19 disease and also the size of the study population, an available random sampling method was used. 1588 teachers participated in the research as a statistical sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire approved by using the Lowshe’s content validity ratio index (CVR). Cronbach's alpha coefficient in the pilot implementation was 0.94 and in the main implementation was 0.96, which indicates the high reliability of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and one sample t-test and Friedman test. The findings showed that the quality of the educational network in all three dimensions (including educational capabilities, design and appearance of the program, as well as performance and technical characteristics) is above average. Another finding of this study showed that quality of "design and appearance of the program" is more than other dimensions. Although the quality of Shad educational network was generally above average from the point of view of the studied teachers, however, in order to improve it and achieve the desired situation, it is necessary to improve this platform, especially in terms of educational capabilities, performance and technical characteristics.
