چکیده

هدف این تحقیق، مطالعه نظام‌مند فرصت‌های بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی است. رویکرد پژوهش از نوع کیفی با استفاده از راهبرد شش مرحله‌ای سنتزپژوهی روبرتس است. برای یافتن فرصت‌های بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی، پژوهش‌های اخیر با روشی نظام‌مند انتخاب شده‌اند. جامعه موردمطالعه، تحقیقات انجام‌شده شامل 659 مطالعه است که طی واکاوی محتوایی، دسته‌بندی و غربالگری انجام گرفته و در حدود 33 پژوهش واجد شرایط و معیارهای مدنظر، به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب‌شده، کدگذاری و طبقه‌بندی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا 2020، صورت گرفته و مقولات و مضامین اصلی استخراج شدند. با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا، 24 مقوله و 5 مضمون استخراج شدند، که عبارت‌اند از: بهبود فرآیند یادگیری و آموزش؛ بهره‌وری و کارایی در آموزش؛ جبران منابع و کمبودهای موجود در سیستم آموزشی؛ دستیار استاد؛ همیار دانشجو. با توجه به یافته‌ها، هوش مصنوعی قادر به بهبود و تسهیل سیستم آموزش عالی بوده و ضمن ایجاد بهره‌وری و تسهیلگری برای استادان و دانشجویان، درنهایت منجر به نتایج یادگیری مؤثرتر و کیفیت آموزش عالی خواهد گردید.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to systematically study the opportunities of using artificial intelligence in higher education. The research approach is of qualitative type using Roberts' six-step synthesis research strategy. In order to find opportunities to use artificial intelligence in higher education, recent researches have been selected in a systematic way. The study population of the conducted research includes 659 studies that have been conducted through content analysis, classification and screening, and about 33 eligible studies and the criteria in question have been purposefully selected, coded and classified using the Maxquda2020 software. and the main categories and themes were extracted. Using content analysis, 24 categories and 5 themes were extracted, which are: improving the learning and teaching process; productivity and efficiency in education; compensation of resources and deficiencies in the education system; teacher assistant; student assistant . According to the findings, artificial intelligence is able to improve and facilitate the higher education system, and while creating efficiency and facilitation for professors and students, it will ultimately lead to more effective learning results and the quality of higher education.
