چکیده
هدف پژوهش، ساخت پرسشنامۀ تسهیل مشارکت معلّمان در پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی بود که به روش آمیختۀ اکتشافی انجام پذیرفت. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، معلّمان پژوهشگر استان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌ای بسته‌پاسخ بر اساس مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 21 گویۀ پنج‌گزینه‌ای به روش نمره‌گذاری لیکرت تنظیم شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل 380 نفر از معلّمان خبره و پژوهشگر بود. حجم نمونۀ آماری در بخش کیفی به روش شبکه‌ای 35 نفر و در بخش کمّی به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای 181 نفر تعیین شد. برای روایی سؤالات مصاحبه (بخش کیفی) از بررسی توسّط اعضاء و تحلیل موارد منفی و برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب هولستی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌های مصاحبه با استفاده از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. در مرحلۀ پایانی کدِ انتخابی «راهکارهای تسهیل‌کنندۀ مشارکت معلّمان در پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی» شامل 3 مؤلفۀ «اقدامات مشارکت‌جویانۀ آموزش‌وپرورش»، «اقدامات مشارکت‌جویانۀ پژوهش‌سراها» و «اقدامات مشارکت‌جویانۀ مدارس» با 21 شاخص شناسایی گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه (بخش کمّی) با تأیید اساتید راهنما و مشاور و روایی سازۀ آن با روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی ارزیابی شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ به مقدار 957/0 محاسبه گردید و برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد که نشانگر راهکارهای تسهیل‌کننده در هر یک از محورها است. با توجّه به نتایج، این پرسشنامه از اعتبار و روایی مناسبی برخوردار است و می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری کاربردی به‌منظور تسهیل مشارکت معلّمان در پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

The aim of the study was to develop a questionnaire to facilitate teacher participation in student research centers, which was conducted using a mixed exploratory method. The statistical population of the study was the research teachers of Semnan province in the academic year 1400-1401. The statistical sample size was determined as 35 people in the qualitative part using a network method and 181 people in the quantitative part using a stratified random method. A closed-ended questionnaire with 21 items was designed based on semi-structured interviews and was provided to 380 research teachers as the statistical population. For the validity of the interview questions, member review and analysis of negative cases were used, and the Holst coefficient was used to measure reliability. The interview data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's open, axial, and selective coding methods. In the final stage, the selected code “Facilitating strategies for teachers’ participation in student research centers” was identified, including 3 components: “participatory actions of education and training”, “participatory actions of research centers”, and “participatory actions of schools” with 21 indicators. The questionnaire’s face and content validity were confirmed by the supervisors and advisors, and its construct validity was assessed using exploratory factor analysis. The questionnaire’s reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha at 0.957, and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data, which indicates facilitating strategies in each of the axes. Considering the results, this questionnaire has appropriate validity and reliability and can be used to facilitate teacher participation in student research centers.
