چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف ایجاد یک مدل معادلات ساختاری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توانمندسازی دبیران تربیت ‏بدنی انجام شده است. روش از نوع همبستگی توصیفی و مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه‏ ی آماری کلیه ‏ی دبیران تربیت ‏بدنی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 است که 900 نفر بودند، است. با توجه به اندازه‏ ی جامعه و همگن‏ بودن آن در جنسیت، به روش نمونه ‏گیری طبقه‏ ای و با استفاده از فرمول ‏کوکران، 270 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه ‏ی فناوری اطلاعات تورنگ و لین (2005) و توانمندسازی اسپریتزر (1995) استفاده شده است. روایی جهت بومی ‏سازی داخلی، آن‏ها توسط متخصصان و اساتید مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی شان در یک مطالعه‏ ی مقدماتی با 30 نفر و آلفای کرونباخ 96/0 و 91/0 محاسبه شده است. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‏ ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مانند کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تحلیل مسیر و تعیین رابطه علی بین متغیرها برای مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری، نرم ‏افزار PLS و SPSS21 استفاده شد. یافته ‏ها نشان داد که فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توانمندسازی دبیران تربیت‏ بدنی تأثیر داشته و بر معناداری شغل، احساس اثربخشی، احساس شایستگی در شغل، احساس داشتن حق انتخاب و احساس مشارکت در شغل در دبیران تربیت ‏بدنی اثر دارد. همچنین، فناوری اطلاعات بیشترین تأثیر را در ضریب احساس اثربخشی با ضریب 69/0 و کمترین تأثیر را بر حس شایستگی در شغل با ضریب تأثیر 56/0 دارد. با توجه به تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات در توانمندسازی دبیران تربیت ‏بدنی، استفاده از الگوی ارتباطی آن‏ها در برنامه‏ ریزی و تصمیم ‏گیری مدیران برای توانمندسازی معلمان توصیه می ‏شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aims at developing a structural equation model for information and communication technology (ICT) in empowerment of physical education teachers in district 5 of Tehran. The method is a descriptive correlation based on structural equations. The statistical population is all 900 physical education teachers in district 5 of Tehran in the academic year of 2020-2021. Considering the size of the society and its homogeneity in gender, 270 teachers were selected by stratified sampling method and using Cochran formula, as sample of the study. In this research, Toureng and Lean`s Information Technology Questionnaire (2005), and Spritzer`s Empowerment Questionnaire (1995) were used. Their validity was confirmed by experts and instructors, and their reliability was calculated in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha of 0.96 and 0.91. Findings showed that ICT has an impact on empowerment of physical education teachers in district 5 of Tehran. Moreover, ICT affects physical education teachers’ meaningfulness of the job, feeling of effectiveness, sense of job competency, feeling of having the right to choose, and sense of participation in the job. Also, information technology has the most impact on the factor of feeling of effectiveness with coefficient of 0.69, and the least effect on the sense of competence in the job with the coefficient of 0.56. Considering the impact of information technology on empowerment of physical education teachers, using their communication model in planning and decision making of managers is recommended for the empowerment of teachers.
